Engagement Story Contest

 

Well, Christmas and New Year's have come and gone. What does that mean? Wedding planning season has begun! Granted, not everyone gets engaged over the holidays, but, I'm sure there are a few out there that did!

brand new Save the Date!

I JUST saw this Save the Date come back from product design yesterday and I am IN LOVE. I had it up on my third screen (yes, three...another illness of mine) all day yesterday so I wanted to share it with you all, too! It's part of our new Save the Date sticker series we're creating, the little heart you see is a sticker that the recipient can peel off and place right on their calendar. SUPER adorable. Comes in 5 different color combos. I can't wait!

I mean, wedding invitation. With a BIG promise of many more wedding invitations to come. But I was too excited to not share our first wedding invitation.

Here it is...

Isn't classy...but modern? Comes in 8 different colors from the black one above to grape and merlot and navy and more. You can change the text and font to any of our popular Pear Tree Greetings colors and fonts. I truly wish I had these when I was getting married. From what I can see...these are the only quality wedding invitations (seriously, you will be shocked at the weight and thickness of our paper stock), stylish wedding invitations (what bride doesn't want her wedding to be beautiful?) and the best part, affordable wedding invitations. Graduation Thank You Cards

So, you’ve graduated. You’ve had your open-house party. Now what? Undoubtedly, you have been given a variety of gifts, including checks and cash and cards, from family members and friends who helped you celebrate your graduation. So now is the time to thank them for their kindness and their support.

How do I go about it? you might ask. There’s no one way, but here are a few suggestions for thanking everyone who has been there for you during your graduation.

Step 1: Thank people in person, if possible, especially those who make it to your open house. Then, send a thank you card at a later date to show your full appreciation.

Step 2: Make a list of everyone you invited to your graduation and open house. Most likely this will mirror, or at least be close to, your list for thank you cards.

Step 3: Choose a thank you card design that fits both you and your budget. Thank you cards come in many different styles, from those featuring school colors to more trendy colors to those that even feature your photo. Also consider choosing thank you cards that match your graduation invitations.

Step 4: Re-check your list to make sure you have included everyone who has given you a gift or attended your grad party. It is a good idea to have someone write down exactly what each person gave you while you open the cards and gifts. This way you don’t have to rely on your memory. Don’t forget about other important people in your life, coaches, teachers, etc.

Step 5: Within each thank you, write a personal note for the recipient. Even something simple will suffice, but any personal touch shows that you care and appreciate the gift-givers kindness.

Step 6: When sealing the thank you cards, re-check to make sure you have enclosed the right card in the envelope with the corresponding address. You wouldn’t want to send the card to the wrong person!

Connie took one of the 4x8 Photo Cards - Create Your Own, found the pattern she liked, uploaded her photos and created a beautiful thank you card. This layout in particular, Dynamic Duo, works perfectly for a wedding thank you. The delicate design for your text makes for an elegant look.
