5 Things You Can Make with our DIY Cards

Our new DIY cards let you create note cards, magnets, postcards and more using your own photos and text. Start with one of our templates, in your choice of sizes and add your image. Most of them have optional text boxes you can use to add text, such as party invitations or business stationery. Or you can leave them blank–it’s up to you! Here are 5 ways to use our DIY cards, and we’re sure you’ll think of more!

1. Personal note cards
Use a favorite photo to create blank note cards you can use for any purpose. Add text that says “thank you” and just like that you have thank you cards!

Goal: be more ‘intentional’

This year on my blog, Infarrantly Creative, the word of the year I chose was “intentional.”  I have such a desire to live my life on purpose, to be intentional in my relationships and the things I choose to spend my time on.  I want to keep short accounts with people.  I want people to always know where they stand with me and how much I love and appreciate them.  So this year has been a mission to try to do that.  I have been doing everything from scheduling monthly lunches with my best friend to remembering (and being on time!) birthday gifts and taking that extra minute to make that phone call.

Notes for Every Occasion

Stationery Ideas for every occasion #peartreegreetings #stationeryideas
Writing thank you cards is always a wonderful gesture to let someone know you appreciate what they did for you. But not every occasion requires a “thank you.” Sometimes you want to say, “you did it!” or “remember when…” or “I love you!” So why not create your own personalized note cards that say that? If you had a variety of stationery ideas to pick from that fit different occasions, not only thank you cards, but congratulatory cards and encouragement cards and love cards, we’re betting you’d write a lot more notes. You could tell your husband about how happy he made you feel when he brought you coffee at work by writing him a “You make me smile” card. You could stick an “I love you” note in your kids’ lunch box as a little surprise. You could send a note to your niece congratulating her on her first goal in soccer with a “You did it!” card.

Sending handwritten thank you cards is very important, of course, but there are other events to acknowledge and other words you can use to put a smile on someone’s face! See our note cards collection for lots of stationery ideas including, but not limited to, thank you cards. And never underestimate the power of the pen.
