Just in case any of you were wondering…Connor’s 1st birthday party was a BLAST. From the super cute Construction themed Photo Birthday Invitation to the plastic hard hats used as chip and snack bowls to the cake smashings (yes, two!). Here are a few pictures from the big day.

  I momentarily took the cake away to help him break it up. He was just eating the frosting off of the top.

He was unsure of the feeling of frosting on his tummy. Yet, he continued to put more on.

He took a 3.5 hour nap after all of this…hard work being a birthday boy!
